The spot is one of the good Thai spots in the Bay area. Food is super flavorful and tasty. Portion sizes could be a bit bigger. Although the meat portions are not bad with each of the portions. We got the Khao soi which is one of the better khao sois I have had in the area. Soup was very flavorful and yummy. We got it with chicken and there was plenty of chicken. We also got the eggplant with the crispy pork as the protein. The crispy pork is very interesting and goes well with this dish. It's super flavorful, of course oily as this usually is. And then we also got the pad kee mow. We got most dishes as medium spicy but this one was the spiciest. Overall, a good spot to come if you're craving Thai food.
Amazing Thai food with some dishes with a twist! Everything I have tasted so far has been delicious and fresh including: pad kee mao, yellow curry, veggie spring rolls, and more. Unique dishes that I love: Tom yum with NOODLES (I have always thought Tom yum needed noodles and they serve a wonderful version here) as well as their KHAO SOI. This is a very flavorful yellow curry noodle dish (and to be quite honest, I was able to take my leftover soup and create a whole other meal with it) Lastly: I highly recommend the POH TAK soup (seafood only) if you're feeling sick or under the weather! Delicious herbal soup with lemongrass, ginger, and lime to help open up your sinuses. This hits the spot anytime I'm sick Service does get kind of busy and the location is quite small and crowded but food is definitely worth the extra patience.
I've been looking for a solid Thai food spot in the area, and I think I found one! The service is quick, but the restaurant can get pretty crowded. We had to wait about 20 minutes, and we arrived in the middle of the day. We started with the chicken satay and tom yum soup. The pieces of chicken satay were thick and huge! That dish alone could've been a meal. The soup wasn't too spicy, which I appreciated. For the entree, we shared the pad see ew, and we thought it was super flavorful. I recommend getting the mango sticky rice and fried roti dessert (not pictured) for deserts. They pair together well! The mangos were super sweet. The roti was fried perfectly with a drizzle of condensed milk on top.
My party of 3 came here on a Sunday for dinner. When we got to the restaurant, we put our name on the waitlist and waited 5-10 minutes and got seated pretty quickly. The inside decor was cute. The server came with 3 waters while we looked at the menu. We ordered the chicken satay, Tom yum soup, crab fried rice, chicken pad thai, and papaya salad. I also had a refreshing Thai tea, can't go wrong with that. The chicken satay was juicy and came with a delicious peanut sauce. The crab fried rice was honestly my favorite, you HAVE to try it if you come to this restaurant. The papaya salad was extremely refreshing and tasty as well. And the pad thai and Tom yum soup I thought had really rich flavors. The servers asked us for our spice levels and choice of protein for most of our dishes. Definitely recommend this place if you're in town!
Finally got to try out this popular spot. Arrived at 5:30 over the weekend and there was no wait! Yay! Got seated right away. We ordered: Green curry: 4:5 had a nice kick to it and good flavor. Pineapple fried rice: 4/5 good flavor Pad see ew: 4/5 good not too sweet Eggplant: 3/5 good but lots of belle peppers Chicken larb: 4/5 wow this one can get spicy! Good! Mango sticky rice: 5/5 excellent! Good service.
I've tried a lot of Thai food places in San Jose and this one is my current favorite one. The curry is amazing and the portion sizes are nice. At lunch time there are a lot of people and they do offer free drinks with your meal on weekdays during lunch time. Overall it is a really nice place to eat Thai food and I enjoyed it.
This place is crazy busy around lunchtime! We got here before noon and it was still relatively empty, but by the time we left it was full. I had a simple noodles and veggie dish. The ratio of veggie to noodle was high. A good place for a quick lunch.
Had a chance to visit Siam Station and this was a fantastic experience for some good Thai Food. If you a re looking for a cute spot to grab food with friends or family this is a good spot to go to. I went with a girl friend for a late lunch and thankfully we were promptly seated. We decided to order: * shrimp spring rolls - this came with 6 pieces and were nice, juicy and crispy. I enjoyed it with the sweet chili sauce it came with * Chicken penang curry - this also came with a side of jasmine rice which was great. The curry itself was perfectly flavored and large portion. There was plenty of chicken although they could have increased the bell pepper in there. Overall though, loved it! *Pad See ew with chicken - So so so yummy with a kick of spice, every bite was delicious and can't wait to go back for more! I really enjoyed the food here. The service was relatively fast and the food was delicious. The portions were plentiful for the price. I would 100% return and encourage folks to try this place out!
Lots of parking right outside the restaurant but no outdoor seating. The place is tight and seemed busy even at non peak hours which shows how popular it is. You are welcomed by friendly staff as you wait by the cool decor and promptly taken to a well-laid out table with clean and stylish cutlery, The menu is vast and interesting. The food comes pretty quickly and the servers know the drill. In $53 (before tip), we got: - M4 garlic pepper (medium spicy) - 5/5 for $16 our choice of protein was chicken which was perfectly spiced and laid on a bed of steamed veggies as promised. It doesnt come with rice so we ordered a side of rice for $2 - green curry (mild; chicken) - 5/5 huge portion size and absolutely delicious :) definitely order this one!! It does come paired with steamed rice - potstickers 2/5 not worth $8 for 7 pcs. Skip it. - thai iced tea 5/5 perfectly made thai iced tea which is not too sweet and decently priced at $5 Loved everything about it except that they dont keep any fresh juice and were out of coconut juice too
